This may seem small and insignificant, it is not. It means my body has healed enough to be able to care for it again, the pisces way, with water.

There are stitches still to dissolve — but the things that are supposed to be healed are healing and “beautifully”. Isn’t that something nice to hear; cleared to “trust your body” and reminded “not” to push through pain. To be told by a medical professional, “not to tolerate pain”, was by far the most powerful thing I have been told in many moon cycles; the first and only time, if we are being honest. We women are told to tolerate a lot. Six weeks post hysterectomy, I dragged the recycling and trash out all by myself and walked three miles for fun - life is resuming its normal pace, with longer naps.
